The correct step would be Using an indicator to measure the hydrogen ion concentration of a solution... Since this is what indicators do they test the acidity or alkilinity of substances which is determined by the hydrogen ion concentration in a substance

the first option is false; it should be "Mixing an acids with a base can form a neutral solution." the last to options are wrong
