I need to rewrite a formula

thomaster (thomaster):

\(\huge q=\left(\frac{25}{25+8.8*10}\right)^3~=\LARGE 0.0108\) Now i need to calculate what's 10 in this one for another formula without the 3th powe. \(\LARGE 0.0108\huge =\left(\frac{25}{25+8.8*V_{org}}\right)\) I know the answer is 260 by solving for x but how to rewrite this formula to get V org before the equal sign. I was thinking of this: \(\huge V_{org}=\frac{\left(\Huge\frac{25}{25+8.8}\right)}{0.0108}\) But it gives me the wrong answer. What did i do wrong?

OpenStudy (aravindg):

\[\LARGE 0.0108\huge =\left(\frac{25}{25+8.8*V_{org}}\right)\] \[\LARGE 25+8.8*V_{org}\huge =\left(\frac{25}{0.0108}\right)\] \[\LARGE 25+8.8*V_{org}\huge =\left(\frac{25}{0.0108}\right)\] \[\LARGE 8.8*V_{org}\huge =\left(\frac{25}{0.0108}\right)-25\] \[\LARGE V_{org}\huge =dfrac{\left(\frac{25}{0.0108}\right)-25}{8.8}\]

OpenStudy (aravindg):

neglect last one sorry

OpenStudy (aravindg):

\[\LARGE V_{org}\huge =\dfrac{\left(\frac{25}{0.0108}\right)-25}{8.8}\]

OpenStudy (aravindg):

^^That could give you Vorg

thomaster (thomaster):

Yes it does :) Thanks man

OpenStudy (aravindg):

yw :)
