1- False. 2- I am sure that A,B,C are wrong. I dont understand D. but i think that E is not absolute wrong. but if I decide, I choose C. 3- a-F b-T c-F (intramolecular bonds are always weaker than intermolecular bonds.) d-T (as being a kind of covalent bond.)

ardalan, everything you said was correct except: 1. True (water molecules are neutral as they bear no charge, sure they have partial charges but these cancel each other out, and are overall they are neutral)
