anyone want a medal!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

think about the standard reduction potentials

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeh right Cr+3 does bcoz it is on the top of electrochemical series and others r on the bottom of the list....but the reason?

OpenStudy (chmvijay):

bcoz chromium has more tenedency to be in the from of ions Cr+3 rather than in atomic state like Cr compared to H2 getting into H+ ions :)
