First attempt:  quadratic> x^2 - 325/72 +625/144 = 0
Second attempt: quadratic with no solution> 169/144x^2 + 64/144 x +53161/576 = 0
Calculator: x=1.92... and x=-4.6..

Graphics calculator says that the circles touch at (1.923,-4.615) but I am unable to achieve this algebraically.
