Red and black pay 2 to 1 and green pays 20 to 1. what is the probability that I land on black at least once in 3 spins? This is how I thought to do it. Let me know if I did it right. p(at least one black = 1-(21/40)^3 p(at least one black = 1-(0.525)^3 p(at least one black = 1-0.145 p(at least one black = 0.855*100%=85.5%

you are correct you calculate the probability of not landing on black in 3 spins and that's (21/40)^3 you then find the complement of that event to get your answer
