Is pKa always the same as pH?

If pKa is the negative log of the hydronium Ion concentration at equilibrium how is that ever different from the pH? An instance where they differ might help me out.

Ka is the dissociation equilibrium constant for the acid the "p-" prefix means negative logarithm just like pH, it is the negative logarithm of the hydronium concentration
