Find the component form of the velocity of the airplane? An airplane is flying on a bearing of 335 degrees at 530 mph. Find the component form of the velocity of the airplane.

I got <480.34, -223.99> but my book has it switced around

335 degrees translates to 25 degrees below the X axis. So we know the vector is positive in the X direction, negative in the Y direction. X component = 530cos(25) = 480mph Y component = -sin(25) = -223.99mph So i got (X,Y) = (480.34, -223.99) (although technically you should be rounding to 3 digits)
