This seems relatively easy, but I'm actually a bit lost in translation and looking up what you mean with "north of west". :p

yes, but which of those axises (north or west) does the angle correspond to? In other words, is it 32° with the northaxis or 32° with the westaxis? I'm assuming it's the west axis, but I'm not sure.

Well, yeah that was what I was drawing. I don't understand what the problems is if you have the solution at hand and why you would need to physically draw them in the first place. Do you have some sort of grid to draw it in. That's the only way in which a more exact drawing would demonstrate a better understanding, otherwise it's just an artistic problem and I don't understand how I could help you with that.
