A saturated solution of ammonium sulfate, (NH4)2SO4, in water at 30 °C contains 78.0 g (NH4)2SO4 per 100.0 g H2O. What is the molality of this solution?

OpenStudy (chmvijay):

molality = moles of ammonium sulfate /Kg of solvent moles of ammomium sulfate = gram/ molecular weight =78/132.6 = 100 gram of water = 0.1Kg o water plug both values in the first equation u get it
