I think its endoterm. because of ΔH for each therm so different (endo= +, exo= -), and see how their definition. cmiiw

Formation of chemical bonds is always exothermic (energy released) Breaking chemical bonds is always endothermic (energy needed) So you can't say: a bond is endothermic or exothermic
