Find the x and y intercepts of the following line and then graph the line: 3x + 4y = 12
12 years ago
OpenStudy (anonymous):
for x=0 y=3, for y=0 x=4
OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay

OpenStudy (anonymous):
(1, 4) and (2, 2) y=2x-2 ,the first equation is a little bit hard
12 years ago
OpenStudy (anonymous):
yeah ikw;/ im trying to work it out
OpenStudy (anonymous):
@andieboo1995 for the (3, -4) and (3, -2) to calculate m we'll get 2/0 ,Since the denominator is zero, the slope is undefined can only say that the equation is a vertical line through x=3, then the equation is x=3

6x^3-16x^2+17x-6=(2x^2 -4x+3)(3x-2) then the result is (2x^2 -4x+3)
