In \[\Delta ACB - and -\Delta DEB \] \[\angle C \cong \angle E - (each - 90^0)\] \[\angle B \cong \angle B - (common-\angle)\] therefore ΔACB ~ ΔDEB ( By A-A) property Therefore \[\frac{AB}{DB}=\frac{CB}{EB} \rightarrow \frac{x-4}{x+3}=\frac{4}{5} \rightarrow 5x-20=4x+12\] 5x-4x=20+12 x=32
