Okay, then I give you the relation. \[\large \Delta U = m ~ C _{m} ~ \Delta T\] Here are: \(\Delta U\) the change in energy. \(m\) the mass of the compound. \(C_{m}\) the specific heat capacity \(\Delta T\) the change in temperature. Try solve for \(C_{m}\) for me please :)

Or let me do it for you: \[\large C _{m}=\frac{ \Delta U }{ m ~ \Delta T }\] Just set into the equation and calculate \(C_{m}\). Should not be a problem.
