Which pairs of substances is the most suitable for the preparation of aqueous nickel(ii) sulfate? A) Aqueous nickel(ii)nitrate & dilute sulfuric acid B) Nickel (ii) hydroxide & dilute sulfuric acid C) Aqueous nickel(ii) chloride & aqueous sodium sulfate D) Nickel(ii) oxide & aqueous ammonium sulfate The answer is B but I do not know why it is B. Can someone pls help to explain? Thanks alot!:D

Ni(OH)2 +H2SO4 ------>Ni(SO4)2 +2H2O while other wont forms the Nickel sulfte base and acid to give perfectly a salt :)
