the rest doesn't make sense to me since the object is dropped, the velocity has to be negative (it is going down, not up) and so maybe you are supposed to solve \(32t+10\leq 0\)
but that doesn't make sense either because that means you are going backwards in time

the whole thing makes no sense the object is dropped unless it has an engine attached to it, fins and a nosecone, it is going down, not up but your velocity is positive for positive values of \(t\)
