The general principle of viscosity is that "Friction between the molecules in a liquid causes viscosity." and heating up a water compound causes the electrons of the atoms to ascend to a higher tier of orbital and secondary the bonds between the atoms become less tense therefore it creates more space between the atoms. Exuras..... just give the person straight forward answer. Yes, the viscosity of the liquid will change with temperature. Think about cold oil and hot oil. The cold oil on a pan will have a greater resistance to flow than tho oil. You ever see the oil move easily on the surface of the pan with its hot? Always try to think real life examples to these type of questions.
