can someone explain to me how I could go about converting volume of NaOH to moles of NaOH?

no that doesn't really help I am still confused. I am doing a titration lab and I found that there was 18ml of NaOH was added and that is the only number I have and I need to convert it to moles.
First you need to be given a mass OR volume to begin with.
HINT: use 22.4 \(\frac{L}{mol}\). But, is only the mole value for a volume of a gas at STP.
