A hydrogen-filled balloon was ignited and 1.60g of hydrogen reacted with 12.8g of oxygen. How many grams of water vapor were formed? (Assume that water vapor is the only product.)

write an equation for the reaction, balance it. Then, convert your values given to moles. find the limiting reactant by dividing the amount of moles of each species by it's stoichiometric coefficient, which will give you the "normalized" amount of moles.
