11p-4=6p+1
Just going to ask all your hw questions and not try when we are explaining them?
umm I don't really understand them
i don't ask for the answers u give them to me
i would like help
Then do what I have been explaining, do you know how to combined your terms on it side. I give you the answer with an explanation. I am more them happen to help but not do your work. Learning it is alot easier.
well can u help me on the rest please?
I will show you how to do this one step by step and check the ones you have left to do
ok
btw u r really smart. what grade r u in?
ok so to start off we have this 11p-4=6p+1 Now we want out P variables and the number variables on opposite sides so to get the 6p on the left we must add -6p to both sides -6p+11p-4=6p+1-6p Now combines the P's so -6p+11p = 5p and -6p + 6p equal 0 Leaving you with 5p-4=1 now you tell me how would you get the -4 to the other side
add it to 1
then it would become 5
then after that divide
correct but it would be positive 4 to both sides that way the -4 on the left goes away and when we do that what is left for the problem. 5p=5 now divide each side by 5 \[ \frac{ 5p }{ 5 } = \frac{ 5 }{ 5 }\] so p = what?
1
correct
now any more you post show the steps and i will check the answer if you like
