If 2.335 g K2Cr2O7 is dissolved in water, how many mL of solution total must there be if the concentration is 15.9 mM? This isn't like any example we did in class and I'm really confused.

you're simply finding it's molarity (M): \(M=\dfrac{n_{solute}}{L_{solution}}\) but first find the amount of moles (n): \(n=\dfrac{m}{M}\) ; m=mass; M=molar mass NOTE: "mM" means millimolar, i.e. 1 mM = 0.001 M
