The answer is C. For one, you can see that since Z is the midpoint, those two segments must be equal, so 4x-28 = 24. Well 4x-28 is RZ, so RZ must equal 24. The length of the segment RT would then be the sum of the lengths of the two segments RZ and ZT: 24 + 24. You can do algebra then to solve for x in the equation 4x-28 = 24, to see that x=13.
