The rational zeros theorem is where you take all of the factors, plus or minus, of the constant term (the number byitself) and divide it by all of the factors, plus or minus, of the leading coefficient.

So are these all the possible zeroes? ±1, ±1/2, ±2, ±3, ±4, ±6, ±8, ±12, ±24

You wont have 1/2, though, because the factors of the constant are on top. And since the factors of the leading coefficient are just +/- 1, you wont have any fractions.
