Rank the following five elements by ionization energy. Rank from highest to lowest ionization energy. To rank items as equivalent, overlap them. C,Be, Li, F, O

I put them in that exact order but it says it's wrong? Oxygen has an ionization energy of -2 but it's hinting that it has high energy. I don't understand, please help!! I would really appreciate it!
