i know it isn't C.

OpenStudy (***[isuru]***):

convert all the ml into in l and when u r doing so multiply the amount of moles too from the same number i.e u can multiply 200 ml by 5 and get 1L in choice B and after that multiply 0.15 M also by 5 . Then u will gain no. of oles in 1 L apply the same theory to all answers and u'll get no.of M in each solution when the volume is 1 L Compare the values of M u got after that for each answer and one with highest value is the solution with highest concentration. Can u do that :-) ?

i keep getting C/: But i already tried that.. and the answer was incorrect.
