How do I balance fe(no)3 ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Does it come with an equation? You cannot balance just an ion.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Sorry the equation states its a strong electrolyte in water , so to write a balanced equation for dissociation.

OpenStudy (aaronq):

you write the dissociation of \(Fe(NO)_3\) then write numbers at the front of the species (distributing accordingly, like, in math where "3\((x_2y)\)" means "6x" and "3y") to get the same number of atoms on both sides of the equation.
