Combined Gas Law. PiVi/Ti = PfVf/Tf You want to find the Final Volume (Vf). I simply used an online calculator to make things simpler. http://easycalculation.com/chemistry/combined-gas-law.php Plug in your variables: Pi= 97 Vi=0.14 Ti=308.15 STP stands for standard temperature and pressure: Pf= 101.3 Tf= 273 Vf= 33.93 L.
