1st is the excited state because we can see that the electron jumps in the 5 orbital from the 3 orbital. 2nd is the groung state. nd 3rd is the impossible electronic configration because in the 3p it has 7 electrons insteed of 6.. because 6 is the max. limit of the p orbital..!! and the element is potassium (K)..
