A: Hydrogen bonds form between water molecules B: Ionic bonds form between glass molecules in the cylinder. C: Covalent bonds form between water molecules and glass molecules in the cylinder. D: Attractive forces form between polar water molecules and polar glass molecules in the cylinder.

It's D.

OpenStudy (otonogold):

Are you sure?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yes. The graduated cylinders are made of glass, and glass molecules are polar. Water molecules are also polar. Polar molecules stick together because they have a positive charge and a negative charge and so since both the water molecules and glass molecules are polar they stick together and are attracted to each other.

alexis is right it is d
