The addition of further ClO2- ions will move the equilibrium of the HClO2 <---> H+ + ClO2- to the left. Law of mass action, common ion effect. So the H+ concentration will go down. That means it becomes less acid pH is -log(to the base 10) of H+ concentration, so the answer is (pH of the solution increases.)
