How is HBr a polar molecue?

OpenStudy (aaronq):

it's polar because the electronegativity difference between the two atoms is > 0.4 (or 0.5), so the distribution of electron density is unequal around the bond.

OpenStudy (waheguru):

to be a polar molecue it needs to meet two requirements but i dont see where its asymetrical?
