Which of the following compounds would have the lowest melting point? (Points : 1) sodium chloride sucrose potassium chloride aluminum oxide

Sucrose. Sucrose is made of all nonmetals, the others appear to be ionic bonds, while sucrose bonds covalently, since its a carbon compound. Nonmetals tend to have lower melting points than metals, so potassium, aluminum, and sodium compounds, automatically have a higher melting point than any nonmetal compound.
