I'm pretty sure it is B because on the magnetic spectrum, higher frequency means higher energy. If you have ever seen a diagram of sound waves, then you will notice that higher frequency sound waves are closer together - they are emitted quicker with more energy.

Just clarify why it was true: Simple equation for the energy of a photon: E=hf. Energy is directly proportional to frequency. Infrared has the highest frequency, therefore the highest energy. True.
