that is just - (1/4)
Can you explain it to me, just in case I run into one again?
because 4^(-1) = 1/4^1 = 1/4 so you have the minus in the front with the 1/4... - 1/4

5^(-2) = 1/5^2 4^-1 = 1/4^1
Ok, so the formula 1 over a^n still works here? even tho its negative
a negative exponent means that whatever is in parentheses this time which is (-4) it has the power 1 which is what is in parentheses in the denominator.
