What is the meaning of reaction torque or how it's acting on L during spin orbit interaction??

Torque reaction is the equal and opposite response to torque, which causes an object to rotate around an axis.

I studied it in rotation motion physics which falls under the mechanics of rotation, better say as a topic of angular momentum.

You can describe it to be the equal and opposite reaction produced by the helicopter to counteract the spinning of the blades. Since torque is the rotational analogy of force. So, to keep the helicopters motion in the rotational plane constant this is considered. More better you can consider it to be the newtons third law ( consequence) in the rotational motion.

you mean to say that blades are rotating with respect to helicopter hence producing torque and helicopter is rotating w.r.t. to blades , hence producing counter torque or reaction torque. is it right???

Yes, not a w.r.t condition but the motion of the blades is in counter to the helicopters motion or else you think wont if the helicopter didn't rotate in counter direction the plane would have been moving in spirals. But the counter torque which we say as reaction torque balances the system. This is just the consequence of the newtons 3rd law as the law wasn't proposed for angular system but it does occur in angular physics.
