A1.1 Only one correctly performed experiment is needed to disprove a theory. The process for proving a theory is an ongoing one, for a theory can be assumed true unless it is disproved by one or more counter examples. Q1.2 A guidebook describes the rate of climb of a mountain trail as 120 meters per kilometer. How can you express this as a number with no units? A1.2 I don’t believe this can be meaningfully described without an attached unit.
