would the N=O bond in HNO2 be longer, shorter, or the same length as the N-O bonds in NO2-?

OpenStudy (aaronq):

in both molecules there is 1 single and 1 double bond.|dw:1382658334144:dw| both N-O bonds are the same length because of resonance. but yeah, if it was just N-O or N=O, then the double bond is shorter.
