Is the following equation balanced? 2Al + 3NiBr2 AlBr3 + 3Ni How am I supposed to figure this out?

2Al+3NiBr2-->2AlBr3+3Ni (if it looks like this yes) the way you set it up was kind of confusing! let me know if it's the same reaction! All you have to do is look at the elements on the left side of the arrow and then on the right side of the arrow and see if they are equal. if not you have to multiply by a factor in this case they are 2Al on the left = 2Al on the right 3Ni on the left = 3Ni on the right 6Br on the left = 6Br on the right
