OpenStudy (mindblast3r):

Question 6.

OpenStudy (mindblast3r):

6, 9 and 10, I'm having trouble with.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I dont live in CANADA. =.=

OpenStudy (mindblast3r):

It's not about Canada, it's just about maps, and reading the weather. The map just happens to be Canada.

OpenStudy (mindblast3r):

First, the H and L stand for high pressure and low pressure.

OpenStudy (mindblast3r):

But what are the numbers beside the H and L for?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I know that dude

OpenStudy (mindblast3r):

Why are there numbers beside the Hs on the map? (Hint:consider the size of Canada and the distance between the regions of Canada indicated on the map).

OpenStudy (mindblast3r):

(Hint:consider the size of Canada and the distance between the regions of Canada indicated on the map)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I can read that too Steven

OpenStudy (mindblast3r):

Okay.

OpenStudy (mindblast3r):

Any idea?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Give me a second, some one is venting

OpenStudy (mindblast3r):

Oh, are you on blahtherapy?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yeah

OpenStudy (anonymous):

9.The temperature would be useful

OpenStudy (mindblast3r):

I need more than one thing.

OpenStudy (mindblast3r):

@demonguy

OpenStudy (anonymous):

=.= It doesnt say more than one thing

OpenStudy (mindblast3r):

Okay.

OpenStudy (mindblast3r):

I'm having trouble on question 6 demonguy

OpenStudy (mindblast3r):

If you can help.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

damn this is hard

OpenStudy (anonymous):

10. It could be labeling the locations of Canada, or coloring the regions

OpenStudy (mindblast3r):

What does it refer to?

OpenStudy (mindblast3r):

Yeah it is hard, this work is suppose to be logical thinking.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

and the mountain regions would be WAY easier for us to read the map

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i dont think i can help you im sorry :(

OpenStudy (mindblast3r):

It's okay, I'll give you a medal for your time. Could you give x3pufflix3 a medal please?

OpenStudy (mindblast3r):

So you could both get one.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

sorry again

OpenStudy (mindblast3r):

No problem dude, if you could have helped me, you would have.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

6. Considering the distance between the regions of Canada, there are three Hs on the map is labeled to determine the rate of high pressure according to the regions. h1 has the highest rate of pressure because its located in the water. h2 is second because there are no mountain regions to block the wind coming from the ocean. h3 is last because there are mountains in the west of canada to block the wind, hence having the least high pressure amongst all of them.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I dont want a petty medal

OpenStudy (mindblast3r):

Wow...

OpenStudy (mindblast3r):

/impressed

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Thats because this is easy.

OpenStudy (mindblast3r):

BOOM!

OpenStudy (mindblast3r):

Finished!

OpenStudy (mindblast3r):

Wait what about question 1?

OpenStudy (mindblast3r):
