Static electricity is an electric charge built up based on people or objects through friction, meaning it is stationary while Current electricity is one that is moving and has electrical pressure or voltage. Pretty much what I'm saying is the electrons will move from one object/surface to another when it comes to static electricity. So I'm assuming the answer is C
