What is the balanced equation for silver nitrate + zinc chloride and what type of reaction is it?

OpenStudy (asib1214):

It is a double displacement reaction where silver attaches with chloride and zinc attaches with nitrate like this AgNO3 + ZnCl2 ->> AgCl2 + Zn(NO3)2 I hope this helps...

OpenStudy (vincent-lyon.fr):

No, this is not correct. AgCl2 does not exist.
