Helpp Find an expression for the mean and standard deviation for the following data. Complete the calculations algebraically. 4a+6b a-b a+b 2a-2b

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I found the mean =4a+6b + a-b + a+b + 2a-2b =8a + 4b / 4 =2a+b does anyone know how to find the standard deviation?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

√{[1/(n - 1)]Σ(x - Mean)²} calculate this first Σ(x - Mean)²

OpenStudy (anonymous):

are you familiar with these ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I did and I ended up with s=\[\sqrt{2a ^{2}}+8ab+\frac{ 38 }{ 3 }b ^{2}\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I don't know if its right

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@RED123url ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):
