y = Ae^(Bx) is the general exponential formula when x = 0, y = 4 from the graph 4 = A(1) so A = 4 y = 4e^(Bx) Here it is an exponential decay. So B must be negative. The curve fall from y value of 4 to 2 when x is approx. 15. So the approx half-life is 15 The formula for half life is: t_half = ln(2) / B. So B = ln(2) / 15 B = approx 0.05 and put a negative in front because of decay. y = 4e^(-0.05x)
