If the equilibrium constant for a reaction is 0.00010, what does this tell us about the position of equilibrium for that reaction?

If K<0 then the reaction is favoring the reactants.

Actually, K values are restricted to a range of zero to infinity. If K < 1, then the reaction favors reactants. Very little of the inputs will react. If K > 1, then the reaction favors products. Most of the inputs will react.
