Does an ice cube or a swimming pool have a higher heat capacity?

Energy needed is equal to the mass of water x 4.184 x (FinalTemperature - InitialTemperature). Putting this into perspective a pool has much more mass and thus needs a lot more energy (has a higher heat capacity).
