Factorizing numerator and denominator of the first term we get \[\frac{(x+4)(x-3)}{(x-5)(x+4)}=\frac{x-3}{x-5}\ ...........(1)\]
The second term can be factorized as follows: \[\frac{3(x ^{2}-8x+15)}{12(x ^{2}-4x-5)}=\frac{x-3}{4(x+1)}\ ........(2)\] Now you need to divide the expression in (1) by the expression in (2). Can you do that?
