Alright so for this one...remember that when you have a fraction under a fraction...you flip the bottom one and multiply it...so \[\huge \frac{\frac{6x + 9}{15x^2}}{\frac{16x - 12}{10x^4}}\] Will become \[\huge \frac{(6x + 9)(10x^4)}{(15x^2)(16x - 12)}\] Can you take it from here?
