What is the pH of a 10% sodium bicarbonate solution?

Is that ten percent by mass, or by volume?

Ok, so if you have a .010 L of Na2CO3, you'll need to first find out how many moles of Na2CO3 that is. With moles of Na2CO3 per 1L of solution, you'll have the concentration, or molarity, from which you can start an ICE table to figure out the equilibrium reaction. Does that help?
