A gasoline engine with an efficiency of 30% operates between a high temperature T1 and a low temperature T2 = 320K. If this engine operates with Carnot efficiency, what is the high-side temperature T1? can someone please explain this?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Carnot cycle is ation. Evso, it cannot do better than efficiency = (Thigh - Tlow)/(Thigh) here = 0.30 (Thigh - 320 K)/Thigh = 0.30 Solving this gives you Thigh. 0.70 Thigh = 320 K Thigh =?

Carnot cycle is an idealization, even so it cannot do better than etc. [first line garbled]
