first solve Rb parallel to 24 gives 2.66 then that in series with 6 gives 8.66,now you need to solve parallel of 8.66 and 27 which results 2.42 ohms now the overall current is i=24/(4+2.42) =3.73,after this the potential across RA would be v=(3.73*2.42) and that for RB is RB=(9.03*2.66)/(2.66+6) ,similarly apply CDR for current across RA and RB
